Feature
1. Low temperature resistance
The graphene lead acid technology is used for the negative electrode to maintain the high specific surface area of the negative active material, to effectively inhibit the sulfation of the negative active material, reduce the internal polarization resistance of the battery under low temperature conditions, and improve the low temperature performance. The QUIMO battery can still maintain more than 82% of the power at -10℃.
2. Longer life cycle
The red lead +4BS seed crystal formula, as well as the high temperature and the high temperature curing process of the paste are used for the positive active material. After the battery is formed, the proportion of α-PbO2 reaches more than 70%, which effectively prevents the active material from softening and falling off during the use of the battery. The battery has a long deep cycle life.
3. Higher capacity
The high ionic conductivity electrolyte formula is used to reduce the internal polarization resistance of the battery during discharge based on the "common ion effect". Combined with the optimized design of the positive and negative active material ratio. The QUIMO battery has higher specific energy and high capacity.
4. Maintenance-free
The combination of nano-colloid technology and high-performance composite AGM separator can effectively realize the "oxygen recombination" of the battery during the charging process. The sealing reaction efficiency of the QUIMO battery is high, therefore, there is no need to add liquid for maintenance during the entire life-cycle.
